Need to send invoices to your bookkeeper or reconcile charges at month-end? Instead of opening each invoice one by one, you can now export them all at once. This guide shows you how.
The bulk CSV export pulls your invoices into a single spreadsheet file. You filter for the invoices you want, then download them together in one click.
This helps most when you're:
● Sending records to a bookkeeper or accounting team.
● Reconciling charges for a month, a quarter or a full year.
● Consolidating data without clicking through invoices individually.
Good news for everyone: this feature works on both the client and pilot sides.
Step 1: Go to "My Invoices"
Log in to your Droners.io account. Look for My Invoices at the top of the page.
You'll see this link from your dashboard or anywhere you're logged in. Clients and pilots both have it. Click it to open your invoice page.
Step 2: Filter your invoices
On the invoice page, you can narrow down exactly what you need. Filter by:
● Date: the most common choice for monthly or yearly reports.
● Pilot: pull invoices tied to a specific pilot.
● Job: focus on a single project.
● Status: sort by where each invoice stands.
Most people filter by date. Pick your start and end dates to match the period you're reporting on.
Step 3: Click "Apply" to load your results
Once your filters are set, click Apply.
Your matching invoices load right away. Check the results before you export to make sure they're what you expected.
Always apply your filter first, then export.
Step 4: Click "Export CSV" to download
Happy with your list? Click Export CSV.
Your file downloads instantly. Open it in any spreadsheet tool, like Excel or Google Sheets.
Need a different set? Clear your filters and run another search anytime.
What's inside the CSV file
The file gives you the key details for each invoice, ready to hand off or reconcile. You'll see:
● Job number
● Job title
● Total amount paid
● Date paid
● Client name
● Pilot name
That's enough to match charges, close out your books or brief your accounting team fast.
