1. What Done-For-You actually is
Done-For-You is a fully managed, white-glove service. You pick a package, place your order, and we handle the rest.
That means we take care of everything from start to finish:
We assign a licensed pilot near you.
We manage scheduling, flight planning, and compliance.
We run the shoot: aerial and ground, plus interior if your package includes it.
We handle all the editing with professional editors in house.
You don't negotiate with pilots. You don't chase down logistics. You order a package and we deliver the finished media.
One order in, polished visuals out.
2. How it differs from the Marketplace
Our Marketplace has been around for 10-plus years, and it's not going anywhere. It's still a great option. Done-For-You simply gives you a second path.
Here's the difference, side by side:
Marketplace: You post a job. Pilots bid. You compare price, experience, and reviews, then hire the pilot you like. You stay in control and message the pilot directly.
Done-For-You: You choose a fixed-price package. We assign the pilot, run the shoot, edit everything, and deliver.
Both work well. It comes down to how involved you want to be.
Some people love picking their own pilot and having that direct line of communication. Others would rather hand off the whole process.
You choose the level of control that fits you.
3. Who it's for
Done-For-You is for clients who want the result without the coordination.
You'll likely prefer DFY if:
You don't have time to review bids and hire a pilot.
You manage several listings or sites at once.

You'd rather leave scheduling, compliance, and editing to us.
If you enjoy the hands-on side of hiring, the Marketplace is still there for you. But if you're stretched thin, DFY takes the work off your plate.
4. The industries we cover
DFY packages are built around real project types, so the deliverables match what your work actually needs. You can order for:
Commercial real estate: exterior packages up to premium media with video, vertical teasers, and ground photos.
Residential real estate: from photo-only to platinum social packages with twilight and virtual timelapse.
Land: aerial and ground photos, parcel overlays, and social marketing video.
Aerial inspections: high-resolution photos for documentation and review.
Construction: recurring progress updates on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly schedule.
Each industry has a few packages to pick from, so you're not paying for extras you don't need.
5. What's included in every job
No matter which package you choose, the process is handled end to end. Here's what you get:
Pilot assignment. A licensed, insured pilot in your area.
Scheduling and logistics. We coordinate the date, access, and flight plan.
Compliance. We manage the legal side so you don't have to think about it.
The shoot. Aerial and ground capture, plus interior when it's part of your order.
Professional editing. In-house editors handle color correction, sharpening, and image enhancement on every photo.
Blue-Sky Guarantee. If clouds roll in, we replace the sky so your final images still look market-ready.
Bad weather on shoot day doesn't have to mean flat, gray photos.
6. How to place an order
Ordering takes a few minutes. Here's how it works:
Start your order. Order from the Done-For-You page on our homepage, or post a job and choose the Done-For-You option instead of the Marketplace.
Pick your package. Select your industry, then choose the package that fits your project.
Add any add-ons. Priority turnaround, extra photos, twilight enhancements, surrounding landmarks, and more.
Add your location. Use the Google Maps validation to confirm the address. You can add KML files here too.
Add your details. Set a specific date if you need one, then add notes. Include gate codes, contact numbers, or shot requests like "capture the creek on the property."
Attach any files. Drag and drop documents, photos, or boundary lines we should have.
Proceed to payment. You'll finish checkout through Stripe, and your order is set.
Once you order, we take it from there. You'll get polished photos and video back, typically in 48–72 hours.
7. Bulk and custom orders
