How you pay your pilot
All payment runs through the platform, so you never handle it off-site and your information stays protected. Here's how it works:
1. Pilot marks the job complete
Once the pilot finishes your project and delivers the footage, they mark the job complete on the platform. That's what starts the payment process.
2. Invoice
Next, an invoice is sent to you. It reflects the agreed price for the work you hired the pilot to do.
3. Review the Work
You then have two days to review what was delivered. Use this window to check the photos and footage matches what you asked for.
4. Payment is made automatically
Payment is made automatically using the debit or credit card on file. The funds go to your pilot.
You always see the work before payment goes out.
Is your payment information secure?
Security is one of our biggest priorities and the setup reflects that.
Encrypted communication: All communication with our servers is secured under HTTPS and certified by a high-level SSL certificate.
No stored card details: We don't store any payment information on our servers.
Processed by Stripe: All processed payments are handled and stored by our payment provider (Stripe.com).
